Registration form CO2 meter
Disclaimer
Registration in the CO₂ meter register is based on suppliers and their products meeting a set of requirements, which are largely derived from the Buildings Decree. Upon registration, the supplier must declare that both they and their product comply with each requirement. After answering all questions regarding compliance, the supplier must confirm that the responses have been provided truthfully. The register operates on the principle of trust in the accuracy of these declarations. Therefore, the foundation managing the register cannot guarantee the correctness of the provided information. By using the register as a source of information on suitable CO₂ meters, the user acknowledges that the foundation does not verify the accuracy of the declarations and that neither the foundation nor any associated organizations or individuals can be held liable for any damages resulting from the unsuitability of registered CO₂ meters, whether due to non-compliance with any requirement or otherwise.
The foundation welcomes well-substantiated and documented complaints regarding the registration of suppliers and products. In such cases, the foundation will assess the situation at its own discretion and decide on any necessary measures. By using the register as an information source on suitable CO₂ meters, the user acknowledges that the foundation may, for its own reasons, choose not to take action or to implement measures different from those requested by the complainant.
