Inleiding
It has been observed that air-conditioning systems are regularly delivered that do not meet the set quality requirements the industry stands for. This has been a reason for Binnenklimaat Nederland to develop a standard specification, which lays down the basic quality. Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) also participates and uses these specifications in tenders for new buildings and renovations.
The aim of the standard specification is to increase installation quality, ensure correct delivery of air handling systems and prevent repetitive problems. Based on industry knowledge from manufacturers, suppliers, consultants and installers, the quality level is defined. This report can serve as a guideline for the design, realisation and delivery of air-conditioning systems and components.
The specification focuses on the design and realisation of air technology devices in utility buildings (especially office environments). However, the document is written in such a way that designers of larger buildings with an educational function can also use it.
The development of this specification was co-developed by the State Property Agency, Luka and TVVL.
