Management and maintenance guideline Ventilation

Inleiding

Despite all the attention paid to the importance of management and maintenance of ventilation systems, the GGD and Binnenklimaat Nederland have found that a lot still goes wrong with ventilation. Ventilation systems are regularly found that do not meet the set quality requirements that the industry stands for. This was the reason for Binnenklimaat Nederland to develop a standard guideline laying down the basic quality. Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) also participated in this and uses this guideline in tenders for maintenance of ventilation systems.

This document does not replace laws and regulations, but presents the points of interest with some additional regulations with the aim of preventing common mistakes and unnecessary loss of quality and energy. This guideline has been designed as carefully as possible. It is a practical checklist with concrete agreements between contractor and client. But it is also a living document whose contents should be regularly adapted to the experience gained with (performance-based) maintenance in the coming years.
