At Feenstra, we train our own people

We attach great importance to training and broadening the expertise of our (technical) employees. In our training rooms, of which there is one in every region, we not only train apprentices, but also provide further training to the already experienced technician. These training courses ensure well-trained professionals who can keep up with market developments and are prepared for the energy transition.
In addition to MBO training at an ROC, our apprentices learn the intricacies of the trade in a safe environment in our training rooms. Gained enough experience? Then they actually go to the customer with one of our professionals. In this way, you learn the fine art of installation mechanics step by step.
