Thanks to the extension of this tool to the Indoor Climate Check, the energy performance of an office building can now be predicted in no time. This provides not only climate system designers but also building owners with valuable insights into the energy performance of office buildings. The tools were developed by Binnenklimaattechniek in collaboration with Renor.
Due to the relatively high level of detail in the NTA 8800, calculating the energy performance of an office building can be labor-intensive. The BENG Check simplifies this process by compressing the calculation method into a fast, predictive model. Based on these predictions, you can compare and evaluate important conceptual choices at an early stage. The tool provides a forecast of the three BENG indicators and the energy label of a new office building.
You can use the tool alongside the Indoor climate check and the Energy label check use to calculate the energy efficiency of your buildings and compare them with other buildings in the area.
