Quickly and easily assess the comfort performance of a climate system in an office building with the Indoor Climate Check tool.
When designing a climate system, clients often rely heavily on the knowledge and expertise of consultants and architects. The complex interaction between the system properties of the installation and the characteristics of the building facade can be difficult to understand. As a result, clients frequently lack sufficient information to make well-informed conceptual choices themselves. This also complicates steering a conceptual building design. TVVL and Binnenklimaat Nederland have made this interaction more transparent.
With the help of this tool, you can evaluate the comfort performance of a climate system. This is done by creating reference spaces within an office building and entering the associated building facade and usage data. For each reference space entered, you can select a local climate system, and the tool will predict the comfort level regarding air renewal, winter comfort, and summer comfort. The tool uses the standards outlined in the PoR Healthy Offices 2021.
