A good indoor environment in offices is important to create a healthy, comfortable and performance-enhancing working environment. To achieve and maintain this, it is important for new construction and renovation projects to formulate requirements regarding indoor environmental quality in advance. Designers, installers and contractors should then base their plans on these principles.
The PoR works like a menu. As a client or construction team member, you decide which requirements apply to your project. You do this by going through the various steps. For each theme, you determine which level of ambition (sufficient, good or very good) is appropriate. These themes are: air, climate, light and noise. With the tool you can create your own customized design brief for your building, which you can then easily download and use.
