A good indoor environment in offices is essential for creating a healthy, comfortable, and performance-enhancing workplace. To achieve and maintain this, it is important to formulate clear requirements for indoor environmental quality at the start of new construction or renovation projects. Designers, installers, and contractors should then base their plans on these requirements.
The PoR functions like a menu. As a client or member of the construction team, you decide which requirements are relevant to your project. This is done by going through various steps. For each theme, you determine the appropriate ambition level (sufficient, good, or very good). The themes include air, climate, light, and sound. With the tool, you can create a customised PoR for your building, which you can then easily download and use.
